A great reference of 140 colors spelled out by name and associated matching colors. HTML hex color codes are also provided.

W3schools

A free reference guide for HTML, CSS, Javascript and Server Side coding. Site also informs you if a specific element is HTML5 applicable.

Mozilla Developer Network

Brought to you by the creators of Firefox, the Mozilla Developer Network (MDN) has HTML5 reference guides.

Bootstrap

An open-source Javascript framework developed by the team at Twitter. It is a combination of HTML, CSS, and Javascript code designed to help build user interface components. Bootstrap was also programmed to support both HTML5 and CSS3.
